Urban will begin a 2nd Sunday morning service!

It's been a great fall and winter for Scruffy.  We have seen an influx of new people and most Sundays, we're full up during our 10am service.  God has really been moving and drawing people.  It's been very exciting.  With all this great news we're going to start offering a second Sunday morning service.  So beginning EASTER SUNDAY, Urban will change from a 10am service to having 2 services at 9am and 11am.  

There are great advantages to these service times.  For people who tend to have a lot to do on Sundays, the 9am service will be a great option.  For those of you who are like me and love sleeping in a bit, or  have kids that seem to take F O R E V E R to get ready in the morning, the 11am service may work out very nicely for you.

Now Urban, here's where we need your help.  In order to start offering two Sunday services, we need to increase our volunteers in order to accomodate the new service.  We will be looking for many new hospitality volunteers and more musicians.  So if you have thought in the past about volunteering, but just never have...now's your time.  We need all hands on deck to pull this off.  

I am personally excited and humbled with what God's doing at our church.  I can't wait to see where all this is going.  Having two Sunday services has been a dream of ours for a very long time and it's so exciting to be heading in such a positive direction.  So invite everyone you know to fill those two services up!  Can't wait!
